Blood Type Diet



Blood type diet. For the success of the diet, when doing the diet should be adapted to your blood type because it could be your blood type with others is different. In general, blood type consisted of blood type A, B, O and AB. Therefore you should first know your blood type. 

Blood type A
For people who have blood type A is recommended not to consume many milk and meat products. Because they usually have a sensitive digestive system and recommended to eat vegetables and become a vegetarian.
Blood type B
For people who have blood type B are advised to consume many milk, but eat less meat.
Blood type O
For this blood type should eat anything that good for health because the body is more immune than the blood type A and B. So eating meat, fruit, vegetables and milk is great for people with blood type O.
Blood type AB
For people who have blood type A and B or is called AB, then the way do the diet is to eat a vegetarian diet but sometimes needed milk products when you exercise. Food nuts good for blood type AB, but for red beans, red meat, and corn are not recommended.
